NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: Sealed bids will be received by Mora Public Schools in the county of Kanabec, the State of Minnesota, 118 9th Street, for the sale of approximately 2.14 acres on the south side of Maple Avenue East.
The 2.14 approximate acreage is inclusive of 2 separate parking lots consisting of six (6) separate PID’s.
Parking Lot #1 includes PID’s 22-04295-00 and 22-04310-00 with an approximate acreage of 1.371. Parking Lot #2 includes PID’s: 22-04345-00, 22-0435000, 22-04340-00, 22-02280-00 with an approximate acreage of .771.
Independent School District #332 will accept proposals delivered in person, by courier, or by USPS to the Mora School District Office located at 118 9th Street, Mora, MN 55051. The Mora School District Office is open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All proposals must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3rd, 2024 to be considered a responsive proposal. Proposals submitted by fax or email or submitted after 12:00 p.m on Friday, May 3rd, 2024 will be considered non-responsive and will not be accepted. Independent School District #332. Responsive proposals shall provide that the terms of the proposal shall be valid for at least 120 days.
RFPs opened publicly and read aloud at the above time at Mora High School building, boardroom #1100A. RFP’s received after 12:00 p.m. will be returned unopened.
RFP’s will be presented to the board at the May 2024 work session meeting for further discussion.
Mora Public School Board reserves the right to reject any and all RFPs and waive informalities and enter into such contract or contracts as shall be deemed in their best interest.
