What an exciting day at Mora Elementary! Our kindergarteners had a blast making and playing with some really big bubbles! It was a day filled with smiles, laughter, and tons of gigantic, shimmering bubbles that floated around our grounds. Watching the joy and wonder on their faces as they chased and popped these giant bubbles was a neat sight.
Our 5th graders had a fantastic time on their field trip to the Science Museum and Omnitheater! From hands-on exhibits to the awe-inspiring rainforest show, it was a day full of learning and excitement.
Mrs. Borst's M/W/F and T/TH classes enjoyed a sunny picnic today! Nothing like good food and great company under the warm sun.
Move over, NFL! With 20 touchdowns and 1 interception, Mora Elementary's school principal, Mr. Qual, "schooled" our kindergarteners and some 4th graders in a masterclass of football! Who knew principals could score so big?

Wow, what a fantastic evening we had at our latest Student Showcase on May 9th! It was a tremendous night of fun, talent, and community spirit at Mora Elementary.
With our estimates, we welcomed nearly 1,500 people through our doors! This incredible turnout shows just how vibrant and supportive our school community is of our students and the arts. There were so many creative and unique displays this year. and our students love displaying and sharing them. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this event a huge success. Your enthusiasm and support make all the difference!
During our exciting Student Showcase, Assistant Principal Ms. Fussy and one of our fantastic students took a delightful break to share a powerful message of being kind through the art of face painting.
Our fifth graders at Mora Elementary were treated to a spectacular journey back through time, thanks to the incredible presentation by Arn Kind! His interactive session on historical experiences brought the past to life right before our eyes.
Mr. Kind's engaging storytelling and interactive demonstrations allowed our students to not just learn about history, but experience it. From handling artifacts to participating in historical reenactments, our fifth graders were fully immersed in the lessons, making history both fun and memorable.
What a glorious day it was for Mrs. Borst's pre-K class of four-year-olds! Embracing the beautiful weather, our little learners ventured outside to unleash their creativity with a fun and whimsical activity—making dandelion lions!
Our fantastic 6th graders headed to Mora Theater as a well-deserved reward for their stellar performance in the Fun Run! It was a day filled with laughter, excitement, and plenty of popcorn and soda to go around as they settled in to enjoy a great movie.

Hip, hip, hooray for Ms. Hambly's 1st graders! These superstar students filled up their star jar as a reward for their outstanding behavior, and what better way to celebrate than with a delicious donut party?
Their classroom was buzzing with excitement as they enjoyed a variety of tasty donuts together. It’s amazing to see how their hard work and positive actions come together to create such a sweet reward!
A huge shoutout to all the little learners for being such great role models. Keep up the fantastic work, and here’s to more fun and learning (and maybe more donuts 😉) ahead!
