Mrs. Gams’ 3rd graders had an exciting day yesterday as they learned about the 13 Ojibwe Moons on Turtle’s Back! This meaningful lesson gave students a deeper understanding of Ojibwe culture and the traditional lunar calendar. Such a wonderful way to connect with history.
Just a quick reminder that we’re kicking off a brand-new communication series called Coffee & Conversations with Superintendent Dan Voce, and we couldn’t be more excited!
We’re hopeful this will become a regular event filled with constructive, informative, and creative discussions about the education of the youth in our community. Don’t miss out on this first edition of Coffee & Conversations, happening on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.
Grab a cup of coffee and join us for some great conversations! We hope to see you there!
