Information & Cancellation Policy

Pre-paid registration is required.  (Most registrations are due a minimum of 1 week prior to starting date.)  Many classes will fill quickly; others may be cancelled due to insufficient registration if you wait too long.

 

Visit us in the District Office at Mora High School or mail registration forms with payment to:  Attn: Community Education, Mora High School, 400 East Maple Ave, Mora, MN 55051.  Fee is not refundable after the registration due date unless the class has been dropped due to insufficient enrollment.  Confirmations are not sent out; however, if a class you have registered for is full or has been cancelled, we will notify you.  Please be sure to include a phone number that we can reach you at during the day.  If supplies are required, you may want to be sure we have enough pre-registered participants to offer the class before you make those purchases.  Feel free to call us at 679-6200 to check on your registration.  

 

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
Cancellations are subject to a $5 processing fee.  To receive a refund (less the $5 processing fee) you must notify us at least three business days before a class begins unless a specific cancellation deadline is listed.  In the event of a cancellation less than three business days before a class begins, no refund will be issued.  Full refunds will be issued if a class is cancelled by our office.
