Grains….are they really “bad” for you? Or could the problem be in how we are preparing them? Come and learn about good grains/bad grains, and how the sourdough process “changes” the grain. This is a hands-on class where you will be making muffins, pancakes, fritters and tortillas. Handout with recipes included. Take home a sourdough starter, made with organic, freshly ground whole grain wheat.

Time: 6:00pm – 8:00 pm
Class Fee: $30

We must have a minimum of 8 participants.
