Mindfulness is a practice of being fully present in the moment with awareness, openness and acceptance. Mindfulness practice allows us to relax into our own greatness. Mindfulness practice enhances our curious nature through observing rather than just seeing. Mindfulness practice can help us cope with everyday stressors and bring us closer to happiness. Mindfulness practice helps us see ourselves with loving acceptance.


In this class we will discuss how mindfulness can help us live fuller lives. And at every class, we will explore several methods of mindfulness practice so you can choose which practices best fits into your lifestyle. We will learn how to include “mindful minutes” into our day. We will also do some seated yoga postures to contend and open the body for our mindful practice. And we will start a mindfulness journal to bring us closer to our practice and our feelings.
